Welcome

Nestled quietly within the vibrant foilage of the Pioneer Valley, Monson embodies the pastoral, unspoiled charm that is New England.

Serving as a bedroom community for surrounding areas, Monson is a historical tapestry for those who prefer a simpler, uncomplicated life where the true value of home and family flourish.

Steeped in history, the town was incorporated in 1775 and stands as solid as the granite foundation from which it was born.

Visitors will enjoy a tour of the town and its many sites-of interest including historic Memorial Hall, Lyon Memorial Library, Flynt park and "Millionaire's Mile."
